Caravedo Pisco follows the guidelines of Peru’s DO (Denominación de Origen) which mandates that pisco is produced using only eight allowable indigenous grapes, be single-distilled to proof in copper pot stills, and be unaged and untouched by any additives. Our pisco is held to the highest standards.
Expect to find in each bottle our own estate-grown grapes, handpicked at peak ripeness, fermented into wine and then distilled into the spirit loved by millions. Each of these grape varietals we harvest converts to wine that once distilled has its own unique characteristics.
