Caravedo Portfolio

Caravedo Portfolio

Since 1684 Destilería La Caravedo, the oldest distillery in the Americas has been producing the world’s finest Piscos. Each of our expressions – puro, acholado, and mosto verde — is handcrafted with the distinctive quality, authenticity, and heritage for which we are known. Caravedo Pisco follows the guidelines of Peru’s Denominación de Origen which mandates that Pisco is produced using only eight allowable indigenous grapes, be single-distilled to proof in copper pot stills and be unaged and untouched by any additives; our Pisco is held to the highest standards. Expect to find in each bottle our own estate-grown grapes, handpicked at peak ripeness, fermented into wine and then distilled into the spirit you love. Caravedo Portfolio

Each of these grape varietals we harvest converts to wine and once distilled has its own unique characteristics. The grape varietals in our portfolio include: Caravedo Portfolio

An aromatic varietal, this fragrant green grape has a soft and fruity taste that is prized for adding a smooth finish. Caravedo Portfolio
